Called Riggs, went there thinking the had a whole new one since it's brand new mower, sent pictures when I got home, said they had to order the part. Took a week, walked in and Chris the MANAGER hands me a pin. I said what's that, he said that's my part, that's what I sent a picture of. I clearly know what a pin is, who don't keeps a drawer full of pins in a service department? Took a week for this?? Treated me like crap, arguing and yelling at me in the store. I have pins or could've bought one. I said the black plastic piece broke. Nothing about a metal pin. I don't appreciate being treated like I was, yelled at and arguing with me and calling me a liar. Another guy named Jeff ended up helping me when I was mad and gonna storm out of there, I walked him to a mower and showed him what was broke on my brand new mower that was a floor model, my friend picked the mower up himself from this place when I bought it. Jeff is ordering the grass catcher as I called it, Jeff was nice. Told him his manager Chris don't need to deal with the public!!Maybe people stepped on it, No way to treat a lady or a 2nd time customer!! Will never buy another mower here again

The estimator happened to be in my neighborhood and came right over. He gave me a great price to clean up 5 fallen trees. We then had them come out in January of 2026 to take care of another huge branch from a storm and some other branches. Again, quoted a fair price. Just 2 weeks ago, another tree fell on our property from a storm. We cut back what we could and hired Forresters to come finish cutting it up and hauling all the wood away, including some brush we had.
