Cups stocked, plenty of creamer which used to be always empty before and lots of breakfast sandwiches to choose from. So I was able to get me coffee, gas and breakfast all in one spot didnt have to stop no where else! They really turned this one around, the gal at the register said she was the new store manager and for it being so early everything was stocked and ready to go! Even the coolers were fully stocked, I even grabbed a water to drink later! Will certainly be back again next time I haul through, that new gal really knows her stuff! Good job on the turn around!

I drove to this location for that purpose and when I realized that White Castle was attached, I thought I'd go ahead and fill up as well and use the restroom. This way I could do everything in one stop. As I filling up, I went in to use the restroom. A young lady was cleaning the credit card machine and I asked for the restroom key since the door had a sign to do so. I told her that I was a paying customer and would like the key to the restroom. She asked me which pump. I told her I didn't as I didn't look. I was thinking to myself, I'm paying at the pump with my card so why bother looking at the pump number. She was not relenting, so I walked back out to the pump to get the pump number. I came back in and told her and she says "Oh well someone else is in there now". I was infuriated! I have never experienced this at a gas station before. I will never return to this location. Typically, I don't even buy Speedway gas as I don't feel it's of good quality and this experience of terrible service just made it worse. I didn't even bother getting the White Castle at this point. I never got to use the restroom. I just drove off and I was so upset that I turned around to get her name. Yes, C.C. needs some major training in customer service. A paying customer who filled up my tank was not allowed to use the restroom without providing the pump number. Are you kidding me? I do not recommend this gas station at all!
