Well this is where the 1 star comes in. The manager there tried to short change me the taxes stating he can't refund taxes if it was bought online stating I paid taxes in another state. After calling BS and getting stern to the point of argumentative he finally refunded the taxes too. His excuse was taxes are like shipping and handling and he can't refund that which totally BS. Shoppers beware they will try and steal your money if you return online purchases not sure about in store. Won't step foot or spend another dime in any world market.

With that being said, it's all about hitting it at the right time. They get their shipments on Friday's I believe so if you go on that day they will have the most to choose from. I have bought a ton of stuff from here recently and I can't stop myself from coming back. Everything is beautiful and about half the price of pier 1. Also, if you download the Kirkland's spin to win app then you can spin and get a percentage off of your total. They also offer a good rewards system for customers. When you spend $300 or have 300 points(1 point equals $1) then you will receive $10. To top it off they always have great sales regardless, so you will be saving a significant amount. The employees are also very nice and helpful here so if you need anything just ask because they always seem to give great advice.

After contacting them several times the only response we got was well that sucks nothing we can do about it. If you see the company reply to these reviews it's nothing more than them trying to make it look like they care. I have already contacted them after leaving a bad review and they just told me the same exact thing. Nothing we can do. They are sending scammers to peoples houses and there is nothing they can do about it. There is a reason they have 1 star and an F rating on BBB.

It's always a hilarious / cringe worthy experience waiting in line at the register. The poor girls they have working the check out. Watching the customers get offended or try to respond in some unorthodox way to the basic questions like "Do you receive our catalog?", always gets a laugh or face palm out of my friends and myself. It really shows you that there is a serious problem in our area with social ineptitude. The people that work there aren't at fault. It appears they are only following corporate orders when they ask for your phone number and about special offers. It's not that big of a deal that the slobbering masses around here make it out to be. The employees are friendly and helpful. I've never had a problem out of any of the people that work there. The tools are cheap Chinese garbage. This isn't a problem though if it's a tool that you aren't going to use regular but still need. Sometimes their cheap Chinese garbage isn't the cheapest option so it's always important to shop around when you see something you need from this place. It's not that bad of a place and most of the time the prices are reasonable enough that if you got something and broke it, you could just toss it and without breaking your wallet. Some of the stuff there isn't that bad of quality and might last depending on how you use it. It's more of a store that sells disposable tools and equipment. Don't expect any lifetime tools you'll pass on to the grand kids from here unless you expect to die tomorrow.
