I mean seriously, in today's scheme of things it nearly impossible to get any attention at all from any employee of a store. Floor and Decor, Greenville, SC is the absolute exception to that trend. The first associate we came into contact was Selena and boy were we happy to have run into her first thing. Talk about friendly, knowledgeable, professional and engaging that was her from start to finish. She truly sets the standard for what an associate at any store should strive for. Having said that about Selena, I can't neglect the next person that exhibited the same traits. Emily was in the middle of taking care of store duties when we ran across her. She stopped what she was doing and answered all of our questions, showed us where different tile patterns were and what tile might work best for us. Then there was one of the managers, Jarrett. He could not have been more helpful in taking care of a few issues for us, absolutely kudos to him as well. You just don't find stores like this anymore, not ones where friendliness, knowledgeability and professionalism are systemic from top to bottom. Its mid-Sept and the Halloween section is full throttle, but adjacent are the advent calendars and Christmas cakes, cookies, even a grinch motif hot chocolate advent calendar. Also, if you download the Kirkland's spin to win app then you can spin and get a percentage off of your total. They also offer a good rewards system for customers. When you spend $300 or have 300 points(1 point equals $1) then you will receive $10. To top it off they always have great sales regardless, so you will be saving a significant amount. The employees are also very nice and helpful here so if you need anything just ask because they always seem to give great advice.
