I crawled underneath my house (as did mark) and found evidence of rust and leaks that Mark never even mentioned. This is stuff that was going on for years and was easily detected by an inexperienced new homeowner. Mark doesn't use a moisture meter which indicates how much moisture is in the wood and if he had he could have told us what we needed to know about the condition of the house we we're buying. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a home. We also learned the door to our garage isn't fire-rated, another thing he missed. Here's some pictures of the mess we are now dealing with that we purchased thanks to Mark. Never hire a home inspector in HumCo who doesn't use moisture readers- it's like walking into a huge financial obligation completely blind.
