I never did see the psychologist, but Judith Olson, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner was wonderful…read moreand helpful. I did have problems with the office staff and scheduling. I usually waited at least 30 minutes for each appointment in the waiting room. Once after the 30 minute wait I was escorted to the next building to wait another 30 minutes before I went back to the front office and told them I had to leave. That is when the office "discovered" that Ms Olson was not scheduled in for that day. Another time when I was running late for a referral appointment, I called to ask if my records had been sent to the new clinic. When the receptionist seemed to not understand, I repeated my birthdate and name rather urgently that it was a referral from Ms. Olson, and when the receptionist was again puzzled, I said " Oh, you cannot help me", and hung up to drive to my new appointment. As I was driving I received a call from the office manager saying that I was profane to the receptionist and later she sent me a curt letter saying I was "combative and using profanity" and they were closing my file. This was all totally untrue and I had to go to the extra trouble to write a letter to the company. The whole episode cause me a great deal of stress. The staff is obviously causing unnecessary angst to patients and I'm sure jeopardizing their recovery. I would not recommend using this clinic.
