I've lost so much money to this place. They schedule you up to 6 months ahead and then Lord forbid you have ANY type of life outside this place (a child, a full time job, any emergency, anything at all). They charge you $25-$75 to RESCHEDULE. Cancel? They charge full price of the appointment. Reschedule too many times? They won't even see you anymore. Lauren Sullivan (Nurse practitioner) & Laura Puffer (Therapist) are absolutely angels and amazing women who love their job and do care about their clients BUT who ever runs this place needs to revaluate WHY they're in the business they're in and how they can better help people who are coming to them for actual help.

When I tried to explain and I even had proof that the meds were filled in June but she argued with me saying well its in your file. Well thats not what the pharmacist said. I even called the pharmacy back to double check and they saw nothing sent this month just June. The lady I spoke with here is rude and I feel hurt from how I was treated. She needs to be retrained and to not treat patients like liars. I do not feel comfortable coming back here which is a shame because I liked Dr. Willbrant. She might just deny this review as me being a Karen but it is true how she treated me and she does not need to be treating patients like this.

Id suspected it for years but I didn't tell her so that she could make her own evaluation. I saw the doc and began medication for it and saw an immediate improvement in my ability to manage my day to day life and my approach to parenting was so much calmer. Between the therapy sessions and the diagnosis, I can genuinely say it changed my life and I'm so grateful i found their office.

She also has other yoga shops/classes that are held there. We always had a good time at the studio, she makes you feel comfortable there, as do the other instructors (BJ-pilates) and other members. I have learned much on my yoga journey from this place and think of you often! if you're ever in the area and looking for a studio to join, this is the one!
