I usually waited at least 30 minutes for each appointment in the waiting room. Once after the 30 minute wait I was escorted to the next building to wait another 30 minutes before I went back to the front office and told them I had to leave. That is when the office "discovered" that Ms Olson was not scheduled in for that day. Another time when I was running late for a referral appointment, I called to ask if my records had been sent to the new clinic. When the receptionist seemed to not understand, I repeated my birthdate and name rather urgently that it was a referral from Ms. Olson, and when the receptionist was again puzzled, I said " Oh, you cannot help me", and hung up to drive to my new appointment. As I was driving I received a call from the office manager saying that I was profane to the receptionist and later she sent me a curt letter saying I was "combative and using profanity" and they were closing my file. This was all totally untrue and I had to go to the extra trouble to write a letter to the company. The whole episode cause me a great deal of stress. The staff is obviously causing unnecessary angst to patients and I'm sure jeopardizing their recovery. I would not recommend using this clinic.

When I tried to explain and I even had proof that the meds were filled in June but she argued with me saying well its in your file. Well thats not what the pharmacist said. I even called the pharmacy back to double check and they saw nothing sent this month just June. The lady I spoke with here is rude and I feel hurt from how I was treated. She needs to be retrained and to not treat patients like liars. I do not feel comfortable coming back here which is a shame because I liked Dr. Willbrant. She might just deny this review as me being a Karen but it is true how she treated me and she does not need to be treating patients like this.

I saw the doc and began medication for it and saw an immediate improvement in my ability to manage my day to day life and my approach to parenting was so much calmer.
