Visited our favorite local trampoline park today! My family loves jumping here it's well maintained and provides a good hour of fun for my kiddo. Make sure you fill out the waiver ahead to save time. After, a quick safety video you're off to jump! She loves the obstacle course and the basketball run. Even at 6'5, my husband always has a blast jumping and running around too lol. The staff is friendly there is one staff member for each area and they always seem to be watching to make sure rules are followed. Non jumpers can sit in the lounge area, on benches or bleachers to see their jumpers have fun which is great! We had one of my kiddos birthday parties here and I had a whole room I was able to decorate (which I love! I'm the party queen after all!!) and the kids had an absolute blast with pizza and drinks after their jumping time definitely a fun party worth looking into! The party attendant we had was awesome he got me in ASAP to start decorating, helped with serving food/drinks and carried all gifts to the car afterwards. So nice check it out for sure!!! read more

We haven't been here in a while but visited another local-ish trampoline park recently and had a horrible experience so wanted to give a good shout out to Rush. We've always had a great experience here, it's clean, everything in working order and great customer service. We look forward to visiting again soon! read more

This place absolutely sucks, they allowed to many people in the trampoline park at once so there was no room to jump. The kids in dodgeball never get out because the employees don't do there job to make it fun. I overall hated the experience. I don't recommend. read more

This place was horrible service was terrible . The only respectful worker was the one curly head with the either light brown/blonde/ or ginger hair. She was the only one who was respectful and was nice. The other lady that also had curly hair glasses and hair in a pony was so disrespectful she approached me and my friend saying that "she can't be wearing those tiny shorts and a bra" when in the first place they were normal lulu shorts and a crop top. She told us she needed to put some clothes on. We left with our money back and weren't even there 15 mins. Will never be returning hope yous get shut down and I hope the girl was the light brown curly hair gets a raise we love her . read more

We had a great time with our 21 mo old during Saturday mornings "toddler time," and she was free for her age. The foam pit was too advanced but that was totally ok. Friendly staff, as well. We will come back again for toddler time! read more

I took my 3 year old to rush the other day because she wanted to jump. Although she is small she likes to hang with the big kids. She played dodgeball with the staff and the staff member made her day. He let her hit him with the ball and would fall down as if she had some power in her little throws. It was warm inside and eventually my daughter threw up from overheating. And the vending machines were down. She had asked for water but I wasn't able to purchase. read more

We took our five year old nephew to Rush today. None of the adults jumped but the staff made sure that our Nephew had a great time. I wanted to give special thanks to one of the employees, didn't get his name, who took time out to play dodge ball for 15 minutes to make sure that our Nephew was having a great time. read more

First visit to Rush. The staff that monitors the stations honestly seemed miserable. This is not a great place for younger kids. I have a 5 year old and a 7 year old. My oldest got trampled by a bigger kid within about 30 minutes. My 5 year old was able to use the trampoline area but the rest of the place is dedicated to activities for older children. The party rooms are nice and big which is a plus but I won't be returning until my children are much older. read more

I just experienced some really AWFUL customer service on my very first visit to Rush. My four children are on spring break this week and we decided to come up to try rush for the first time. When I first got there at 12:20 -after driving an hour to get there, I was told that there were only three slots left for the 1:00 jump, but the guy told me he could let all 4 kids jump. Because it was our first time, I had to fill out the waiver. In the two minutes it took me to go to a different kiosk to fill out the waiver, all of the jumps were sold out until 2:00. I thought the guy was holding spots for us since we arrived before anyone else. We had another commitment in the afternoon and could not sit around and wait two hours to jump. It was so frustrating to drive all that way and not be able to participate. My kids were so excited on the way up and incredibly disappointed. I left furious! If we ever go back, I will most definitely call ahead and reserve a spot or buy online - if they don't charge an outrageous charge for online purchases... read more

Great place to take young kids during their toddler time! It is on Friday and Saturday mornings. When we were leaving a lot of older kids were showing up and playing dodge ball, so if you have young kids I highly recommend the toddler time. This is a great activity when it is hot out! read more

This place for kids is great. I like that they have a safety video for kids before they jump with an assistant to reiterate everything is saying. The parent lounge is decent, three couches, free wifi and community tables to work, chat... The woman's bathroom was physically clean but honestly it's the wrist smelling I've ever been in. read more

Very disappointed in some staff members attitudes. Multiple staff members were just plain rude when addressing customers. We were confronted multiple times with an almost insulting attitude and tone. Never had a problem here and before my last trip was overall impressed but the likelihood of me attending Rush Athens is very low after my last experience. This is the only trampoline park in the Athens area, and Rush Athens doesn't disappoint. Rush is fun for families, friends, school trips, and even parties. You get a whole hour of jumping for a pretty decent price. The only downside to this is the fact that there are so many people on the trampolines that there isn't a whole lot of jumping room. Occasionally you can get lucky and be one of only a few groups in there and it is the most fun you'll ever have. Overall a great experience. read more

We went for toddler time on a Saturday for kids six and under. I would have given this a five star review but a handful of employees who were supposed to be watching each area had an all out pound each other with rubber balls fest. There was one guy in particular who started slamming balls at little kids. Since no one working there appeared to be over the age of 16 it was worthless to complain. I did tell the main ball slinger to take it away from me and my one year old. It's one thing to toss the balls around, another thing entirely to hit children in the face with them. Not impressed. Maybe the owners will read this and take a good look at who they hire. read more
