Called this company to tackle a tree that was going to pose a future problem for me once my yard is fenced in next month Rick Rush came out to give me a quote. Super friendly and professional, provided me with fair quote and even threw in taking down a dead tree next to it, knowing it too, will pose a problem for the fence at some point. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a local company. First, I paid for a full day of service. The crew came at 1pm and then left at 6pm- whatever they had done by that time was all they did which meant that they left tons of large pieces of trees behind my fence and didn't clean up one of the trees they said they would. When I asked Rick about this later, he said the other tree was fine (parts of it are clearly dead) and that the pieces of trees they left were my neighbor's problem (that house is currently empty). They also damaged my fence when putting it back together. I repeatedly contacted Rick to return and fix this, which he kept promising he would do. This exchange went on for months. Finally, I had the fence company come back and fix it and asked Rick to reimburse the amount I had to pay. He said he would and never did after several more attempts to contact him.
