He understood the physical requirements of her rodeo competitions and how that would relate to a military life and using x-rays and physical examination, he was able to declare her fit for military service. His thorough and very professional review and report was critical in her being accepted to enter the United States Coast Guard Academy. The staff was friendly and professional at all times and made it a pleasant visit. It's some sort of jimmy-rigged low budget BS that he thinks makes him a genius, when it is very bizarre, poorly constructed, and honestly unprofessional. I got scratches from whatever cheep plastic cover he put on there, and then basically got told that all of my reactions were keeping me from my own healing, and then pressured into buying multiple massages. People in pain are desperate people, and this man is ready to financially take advantage of anyone who is in that position. He gave me some of the worst vibes I've ever had to be in a small room with, and honestly it has taken a couple of years to even process the trauma of the massage and uncharges I got as a result of trying this out in my time of desperation. I was having a hard time concentrating filling out the medical forms. When I approached the front desk person about my concern, she blew me off , her response was pretty much, 'we believe in having a good time, this is the way we are'. I told her after this visit, I am not returning. She was cold and indifferent to my concern. By the time I was approached by a PT , I had a headache. I told the PT my concerns, and decided this is not the right place for me. I'm sure people come in there with all kinds of pain and would not want to listen to all that. It's sad that few people have the guts to confront them about it.

Today was my last day . What I loved most about the Center is the family atmosphere. You were always greeted by the front staff with smile and your first name. Erin and Kelly were smiling and joking along with me while telling me to "do 10 more" and "we hurt you cuz we care". Thanks to their consistent work with me and teaching me correct posture and work outs, I can now reach into the back seat and lift something without grimacing in pain. The rest of the therapists were always smiling and showcasing the same compassion and concern. More than a few times we were all chatting and telling stories while getting worked on in the corner. Highly recommend. Even though sweating at 11am isn't the best look....
