It took three months to finally get them completed, which is unacceptable by any professional standard. To make matters worse, another order was done incorrectly with no apparent quality check in place. Their "replacement" effort was lackluster at best--they swapped a black hat for a charcoal one, which doesn't even match the original order. This is not quality work; it feels more like a babysitting operation than a professional embroidery shop. On top of that, they didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience. I had to practically shake them down to get a 20% discount--something that should have been offered proactively given the level of failure and delay. If you want long wait times, inconsistent communication, and subpar craftsmanship, this might be the place for you. But in a town with plenty of embroidery options, I will never use this business again. There are far better companies that actually value their customers and take pride in their work.

Was shown a template…read morethat was not the same and when told to correct it they stated they would just change our logo to make it easier. obviously that would not work and we stated that shirts need to look like the proof provide. Rashid at Cross Printing ensured us they would fix them and and get it printed. Received shirts in mail today and they still do not look like mock up, a couple have such bad quality control that they are falling apart already before wearing or washing. All in all this company is really shady, does not do what they say they will, and does terrible work. STAY AWAY!

Lack of communication is huge here placing blame on the customer is crazy! Within 2 mins of receiving the correct invoice I paid my order. Was told order would be ready end of day no specified time. I assumed Id get a text or email saying it was ready but I did not and now the fundraising Tshirts I ordered can't be picked up until Monday when they were informed I needed them by Sunday. The reasoning is apparently their pick up times are posted on their website. I communicated through text and email so I had no knowledge of pick up times. Crossing my fingers the product is at least decent!
