Lack of communication is huge here placing blame on the customer is crazy! They mixed me up with a different customer kept saying they sent my invoice but I never got one then the day of my scheduled pickup I finally get an invoice but it's for another customer. Within 2 mins of receiving the correct invoice I paid my order. Was told order would be ready end of day no specified time. I assumed Id get a text or email saying it was ready but I did not and now the fundraising Tshirts I ordered can't be picked up until Monday when they were informed I needed them by Sunday. The reasoning is apparently their pick up times are posted on their website. I communicated through text and email so I had no knowledge of pick up times. We had an EXCEPTIONAL experience working with Las Vegas Custom Printing. The have a rush order of 100 shirts completed same day, and another 200 shirts completed in less than 24 hours. Communication is very very poor. I had to text, call, and email at least 5-6x Ronald before I would get some sort of response. Our orders took over 3 weeks to complete. Gave a 4 only because they did a great job on my husbands business shirts. Price was a tad bit cheaper from other places. On the other hand, customer service is not the best. We did take 2 weeks just to finalize a shirt. Not because of the design or anything, but because of a lot of back in fort. Promised that they could get it done within 7-10 days and it took 3 weeks. The sample did not come when it was suppose too and I was waiting for a week. I decided to call to follow up and they thought they sent it. When I Finally got the email for approval and payment, that took another week since they still have to order the shirts that comes from another state through fed ex or UPS. If you don't care about customer service or run arounds and all you need is something printed then by all means. Couldn't find the place as the building is a wearhouse and have to enter from the side. read more

Las Vegas Custom Printing did an amazing job on the shirts I requested for my organization during the Chinese New Year Parade that happened at Downtown Fremont. I even had a last minute scare to where none of my members were able to pick up the shirts before the event, so the Las Vegas Custom Printing team ended up coming out to the Aria to personally drop it off to me while I worked at my day job. They were very accommodating during the process of making the shirts. One star away from a Perfect 5 because the box was labeled "Year of the Dragon" and gave me another slight heart attack upon receiving. One stop shop for all my printing needs! I always come here to get shirts, stickers, business cards & banners printed. I have a small personal business and wanted to get a few things printed. So I called around different printing shops in Vegas & LVCP was happy to price match from other printing shops. It was more affordable than the other places I was looking at. I had to use their program on their website to design my shirt but it was really easy to use. Quality of my shirts always come out nice. They don't do a "sloppy" job like other places I went to before. You could tell they really take the time to make every shirt perfect. Customer service was good! Especially when I need some things printed asap they get the job done. I know a few people said it's hard for them to get help over the phone, but all their information is literally on their website. I visited this shop because I am starting a business and needed some tshirts, labels and cards. I called and spoke with Ronald and expressed to him you what I needed. And that this was all new to me. We agreed to meet at the shop between 5:15 and 5:30 to which he said the have waited past closing for clients before. Which I am grateful for and relayed that I am looking to start a business relationship. I asked for the address to which he replied they are next to the new stadium. I mapped the directions from the website and arrived to an empty location. When I proceed to call Ronald he tells me they moved and he is not there, he left to go get supplies can I come tomorrow. When I asked what's the best time tomorrow he says, we can setup a time to meet. So I say I thought that's what we had done today. I should have stopped here but he texts me the address and tells me he will come back. Btw it's down the street from the stadium not next to it. So he gets there and I ask him if he is Ronald the person I spoke with over the phone which he says he is. Long story shorter he proceeds to be rude and talk down to me. It was a horrible experience. I advised him multiple times that I'm new and trying to learn but I know what I want as far as my product. If I knew the ins and outs of making tshirt I would make them myself. I have used other companies in Vegas and have never had any issues. I expressed what I want and they made that happen. I was to the point I wanted to cry, I was so frustrated. So I ask him to invoice me for the work that has done, and I will do more research on what I want. He tells me that he will send me the invoice and he will send me the work when I pay . I pull out my phone while I'm there and pay he goes on his computer to confirm payment and what I thought was send the vector file. I hurry to get out of there get to my car and I have an 2 emails 1 an Invoice the other thank you for your payment but no file . I text him to let him know that I haven't gotten any work only invoice. An hour later he reply's he'll send it when he gets to his computer. I am amazed that business with such poor client service still exists in this day and age. They asked me to bring my own shirts, which was ok but never bothered to mention had to 100% cotton for their machines to print , I get there and it's like I'm inconveniencing them even though they're hardly busy. Their printer unsurprisingly produces poor quality print. I ended up going down the street to LV Express it and the lady was so helpful- the tshirts look incredible for our little girls birthday. I was given generic answers and was referred to the website for almost every question. I wanted to know if they could create a design from a draft that I had "go to our website, we have design program". I asked if I need to have a design already made before uploading to the design program, "We have free design program, go do it". i came to this place with a design and everything, the guy who worked there was just laying in a chair, there was three customers in the shop and the lady that was in front of me had questions and the guy was so rude to her and told her to go to another place if she wants, she left and i asked some questions like "is there a better quality if i pay more? Do you guys do 3D prints too? Or how much its the cost!" And then from the beginning he was rude to us, i told my friend lets leave he said no its okay, and then i asked the guy to see if the design is gonna go on the pockets too or not because the way they were putting the hoodie on the machine looked like the design is about to go on the pockets too, and then he told us that we have to leave that place and he won't do our job for us. I don't recommend this place to anyone, i don't know if they do a good job or not with the designing but that does not even matter, i saw one review that said that they studied 4 years to open up this place, studying for four years and this is your customer service and attitude then you should close this place, i work at a car dealership as a sales person, i would never talk to my customers like that, it's just so unprofessional. Canceled my order at the last minute because it was "too much trouble" for them. Not polite and disorganized.

I recently contacted this company to inquire about pricing, size, quality of print, etc. Upon contacting via phone call, I was greeted with bombastic and rude behavior by the operator. He was unhelpful, disrespectful, and truthfully, spoke with too much authority. He treated me as if I didn't know anything and that my questions were invalid.
