Then the company never got the information to us so that we could get the problem fixed. Between August 16th, the day of the appointment and today, September 22, the company never followed through on all the times they said someone would get back with us. August, Wednesday 16. Tech came by. We were told the tech would provide a quote and diagnosis. The tech left and said he would send the information the next day. August, Friday 18 I called the reception to let her know the tech had said he would send a quote and full diagnosis to us and we had not received it. The reception said that the owner would call on Monday to talk with me and give me the information. August, Monday 21 No call from the owner or the office. August Tuesday 22 I called the office and left a message on the voicemail. No one called me back. August, Thursday 24 I called the office again and left a message on the voicemail. No one called me back. August, Friday 25 I posted on Facebook asking if anyone knew the owner of the company. Someone saying they were the owner messaged me back that she was the owner and her husband would get back with me later that day, No one called back that day or the next or the next. Someone from the company sent an email saying that the owner would send me an estimate soon. We did not receive estimate from the owner. We just had our 33 year old water heater start to leak (yes, 33 years old!) in our attic. It came…read moreoriginal with the house. It was a 40 gallon gas water heater, that was in a very tight space. James determined he was not going to be able to get another 40 gallon water heater into our attic, and a 30 gallon special short tank that would fit, would take 6 weeks to get delivered. So with his suggestion, we decided to go with a tankless water heater which could be installed later in the week. I definitely did not want to "play chicken" with a leaking water heater in the attic for 6 weeks! James was very responsive and communicative through the whole process. We discussed options and costs through text messages. He also came out to assess our situation the same day we called him!! He's quick, professional, and cool as a cucumber. I included a photo to show off how well the installation was done, it looks great. The water pressure and heating ability of our new tankless is indistinguishable from the water 40 gallon heater tank we had, and it should save some money long term as well! They removed the entire system from of course the attic and replaced with completely new system. The total removal and installation lasted 2 days under hot summer conditions. They both were informative on what they were doing and kept us updated throughout the whole installation process. They laid out drop clothes on the floor to control any trash from the old system and cleaned up after the days work. They answered all of our questions and tips on using the new equipment. Both were friendly and worked well together. Our home has never felt this cool and humidity free in quite some time.
