Ashley was unusually sympathetic and kind to our situation from the first phone call. And Andrew was the epitome of grace and understanding when I told him we had to hire another company, and even told me that we could call them anytime with any questions we might have. They did not and we failed inspection. The inspector for the parish called them as she stated they should have known what the parish wanted prior to accepting the job. They then charged us another $500 for 40 minutes worth of work to ground the pool with copper wire. Wire is expensive but the labor should have been free in my opinion due to them not knowing it was code and required. I would have at least expected them to split the cost with us. 2 stars because the work was done but we won't ever use them again.

I'll confirm one of the other 1 star reviews as being 100% accurate. When I initially reached out for an estimate I never got a call back with a quote. I should have taken that as a sign and took my business elsewhere. Kevin May was hired to do a job that he clearly was by NO means qualified to do. He half did the job. So many errors so many imperfections. He tried to get away with not properly doing things then when told about them he had an extremely nasty and unprofessional attitude as though this was a service that he was doing for free. He went to lowes to supposedly purchase materials. Only to later find out that he thought that it was okay to purchase chips, and drinks at my expense. Complete and total ignorance. He left trash outside of my home boxes old cabinets ect. he did not clean up after himself neither did he haul off trash from the poor job that he completed. The job remains to have many errors that he feels like I should be okay with. I attempted to report him to the better business bureau but he's not listed. I can definitely see why. Based on the quality of work or lack thereof its clear that he is by no means licensed. I'm not sure who could have given him five stars and why because he is horrible and lacks professionalism and his work is garbage. I will never in life use him if he were the last person standing and I would never recommend him to anybody. I strongly urge you to find you a reputable company that embodies skill and professionalism. I will be taking him to court if I continue to have problems with the job that he was paid to do. One STAR because ZERO is not an option. I am a property manager for a home where DoneRite HVAC…read moreinstalled a new Daikin central system. From the beginning, the system was shutting itself down for no apparent reason. DoneRite claimed that changing out the attic duct system would resolve the issue, so $4500 was spent doing that with no improvement whatsoever from this unnecessary expense. After this, DoneRite told me that it must be an electrical issue in the home. I had an electrician come out to inspect the wiring and no issues were found that could cause this. Additionally, I had the power company come out to inspect their connection. No issues found. During the entire process, DoneRite has been unresponsive to texts and phone calls. I haven't been able to get a person to answer the phone in their office for weeks. At one point, the owner of the company did finally return a call and told me he would try one thing and failing that working he would make a warranty claim on our behalf. Since that time, he hasn't returned a call, letter or email (it's been weeks) We have been ghosted by them totally. Meanwhile, we have 10 years left on our vaunted 12 year warranty, but DoneRite won't assist us in resolving this matter through our warranty. The catch 22 is that Daikin requires an authorized dealer to make a claim. DoneRite won't help and other companies are reluctant to take on this type of system and/or take on a warranty claim for a system they didn't install or service. Meanwhile this system is now shutting down daily and must be reset daily in order to work.
