Substituting with white roses a stretch, specially when the occasion was an anniversary. And I put in the order a week ahead so you would figure they would plan and find the right color or at least red in that time. I do have great customer service and I really wanted to do something for her I offered several different options because I did want to make the customer happy. but all she wanted was a full refund and I just couldn't agree to that because tropical flowers are very expensive and again they were all fresh. So unfortunately there are people in this world that want something for nothing and try to hurt people along the way. But I know the quality of my work and I try very hard to please people. I was so disappointed in the flowers for my mother that I didn't even take pictures of the entire pieces like I had at my grandmother's service (which were the flowers I was trying to recreate). The only pictures I took were the close ups to send to Kim as proof they were dead. It was a one-sided casket piece! I've never heard of anyone making a one-sided casket piece (that was even falling apart at the service), she never told me it would be one-sided and I certainly didn't order or want just a one-sided casket piece!!! When I called to complain, Kim stated it wasn't her fault, it was that some of the flowers she had ordered came in dry (already dying). She even admitted she had to paint them! Why use those flowers? Why not call me and tell me the problem? I told her we could have used different types of flowers. Who would want dying flowers for their mother's service!? I do not recommend this florist!
