Was this place gleaming with shine and clean enough to eat off the floor? No. Was it clean enough for me to consider washing my laundry here? Yes, absolutely. In fact, the machines look like they might actually be wiped down daily, the floor was slightly muddy but it was raining outside the past few days. While I find the machines sadly lacking a digital time so I can anticipate when my blankets and sheets will be washed, I consider it pretty decent that they all seem to work. There were soda machines and for those of you that can't get past the Coke vs Pepsi battle, don't fret as Waun-a-Wash has you covered. If you don't have enough quarters for the $1.75 wash there is a change machine for costumers, oh, I mean customers. Darn it, autocorrect didn't catch that for me, but luckily someone with a Sharpie did fix it and abstained from crude remarks too. Don't get me wrong, the peeling ancient wallpaper with a gaping hole near the "laundry aides," the paneling on the bottom half of the wall, or the (white and gray?) tiled floors aren't pleasant to view, but it worked for me so the Frozen blanket will be there in time without a drive to a possibly worse laundromat. The rest of the space looks like every other laundromat that is not attended too during the day. The price on the dryers is right. The prices on the washers seem right but I came with washed clothing. I didn't need to buy supplies but the price seemed right. There is a soda vending machine available. The laundromat is in a strip mall so there is lots of parking. A Chinese takeout is a couple storefronts away, if you need food. Conveniently located in Main Street. The manager has even accelerated service for me on some of these items (they send to another location in town so turnaround is a couple days). Pro tips: - Typical dry clean service is same day, in by 10 and ready at 4 - If you set up an account, they give you a reusable bag for dropping off and then it transforms into a cover for your hanging clothes when you bring them home - You can set up a credit card to auto charge when you pick up so you don't have to complete a full transaction every time - You can also provide your email when you set up an account, and you are notified when your order is complete, which is usually between 11:30 and 1:30 - They do a great job steaming and shaping sweaters; I'm SO done washing and blocking sweaters at home Debbie, the manager, is really friendly and knows her customers.
