She seemed slightly annoyed we interrupted her, but we can get passed that. She proceeded to tell us they can get "whatever we want", which wasn't helpful. Without knowing how big our kitchen is, square footage of countertop and island or what granite we want, she tells us our estimate is "10,000-15,000". I question her as the previous estimates we had received ranged from 2,000-3,000 and she asked no questions to determine such an estimate. She also tried to make us feel like idiots saying granite us a man-made material. She was not knowledgeable on materials or cost. Not impressed from any angle at all. We recommend shopping around if you're in the market for granite and/or quartz countertops.

Fast forward to 2026, additional work was done on the windows, gutters, roof deicing cables, and siding. We are extremely happy with the salesman (Garland) and his crew. Honestly, we did get other quotes but weren't happy with their products. We didn't want to make major changes to the house with the siding, and they had the perfect color match. We wanted to add a layer of insulation to the house, without tearing out the whole inside of the house. The price was perfect for what we wanted done. The crew didn't leave a mess. Should we need additional work, we wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

During my bathroom remodel I discovered my toilet was leaking which created a rotten subfloor.
