They had to remove a 6x6 post along with remnants of some other fence post that was here from long ago. They performed a very nice neat clean job. They showed up when they said they would and did exactly everything by the book which also means filing permits and arranging inspections which is always PITA. From the 3 bids I got they were not the most expensive nor the cheapest but what they were was responsive and followed through with their work which is rare to find a residential contractor like this in Florida. We got our estimate fast and were scheduled for our new fence a few months later. This delay was completely understandable considering how much damage there was in our area. But will argue about it and gaslight you into thinking they know what they are doing. I have had a professional landscaper evaluate everything they did in my yard, and I will most likely need to have it all redone. Including the sprinkler system that was improperly installed. They didn't even properly replant some well established very expensive plants that died within a few weeks. I could go on. They claim to have 10 years experience and to be #1 in Tampa Bay Area, but there is no evidence to be found. There is another Southern Dreams on Tennessee, but not them. But when I initially asked, they said it was. They claimed to have relocated the company to here in Florida. The "owners" only met 4 years ago. I found a tree removal service they had in a small town in Tennessee called Rodrick's. And a scathing review. Beware.
