I bought my big green egg here that was over $1500 and also bought hundreds of dollars in accessories for my egg as well. This may seem trivial, but nobody cares about customer service anymore. They certainly don't at Outside & In! They have lost a customer today.

It was Attitudes, which I'd previously no knowledge or opinion of. I mean, it's a florist. Who would expect such ugly treatment of complete strangers on such a kind community sharing day?!? We relocated. An hour later I was yelled at again kuz, apparently, people, who we had no knowledge of, were going into their parking lot! What I really wanted was a nice large candle but even on sale for $31 or $32 I think it is, I couldn't bring myself to spend that on a single candle. Though honestly, if I have the extra money some other time, I may get one anyway. You can beat the intense wonderful scents they offer.
