If I could give a zero rating I would. And I wish I didnt have to. My mom and I and my baby experienced what I call racism in this "place of business." Or a horrible lack of customer service. When we arrived into the store we were not greeted at all by anyone, no one said welcome or how may I help you, when clearly a customer of another race had just walked out of the store and was smiling and laughing with the staff. There were several people standing behind the counter and no one said anything. It was a feeling of despise and unwelcome; almost as though why are "yall" here? I then walked around the store to look for an item for my baby, I said excuse me 3x to this girl behind the counter with the purple TIGERS shirt on and she ignored me until my mom said "mam she has a question," she then turned around and said in the nastiest tone, "mam we dont sell that here." And turned back around and continued restocking behind the counter with her back turned. My mom told me we need to get out of here IMMEDIATELY! Sadly and disappointingly We left after that experience and will NEVER be back. I unfollowed their establishment on FB and will never look forward to purchasing anything from them in my entire lifeeeee!!! I was so hurt, because I didnt understand how people could be so mean and offer horrible customer service. As well as pre-judge me according to my race and prior experiences they have had already. Its unfair, cruel, and just outright OUTDATED. All in all, please kill the hatred according to people's skin color and run your business!! Stop judging folks and do your job with the GRACE of God. I pray God blesses your business despite the color of your hearts and for judging my family like we were going to steal or cause harm. Do better next time, because not all black people are the same. Absolutely LOVE this little store!! I say little, but man is it ever-growing!! The owner is phenomenal and the employees are so sweet! If you're in the area, definitely pop in! Don't be intimidated by the high traffic area! It's easier than it looks to park and get back on the road! Whether you have a baby on the way and need maternity, or if you need a new postpartum wardrobe, so many things to choose from. From newborn, to preteen, to adult. Baby items, Children's toys, etc! Keep in mind though, it is a resale/consignment store, so it isn't always fully stocked! It may be slim pickings one day, and items galore the next! read more
