That winter there was forceful winds and the door nearly came off the frame. Lucky for me my neighbors secured the door with bricks to keep it closed. When I returned, Marcus responded to my call and looked at the door, which was bad, he said he will check with Home Depot see if there is a warranty on the door. I checked myself and there was a warranty on the door. Needless to say I never heard from Marcus again. I do not recommend Marcus for any jobs.

We hired Lloyd to redo our shower system, replace three water shut-off valves, and fix a broken…read moretoilet flange as part of a bathroom remodel. Out of all the jobs that he was hired to do, none were done correctly. First, the shower system and the shut-off valves were installed using Sharkbite push-to-connect fittings which are typically a DIY solution and are far less reliable compared to the standard methods for installing on CPVC and Pex piping. We know from talking to other plumbers that Sharkbite is not what professional plumbers would use in this setting. Second, he claimed that the broken toilet flange could only be replaced by cutting open the ceiling below, which i did not want to do. He ended up installing a $5 spanner flange on top of the broken flange (see pic). Again, this is something a DIY-er could easily do. We asked another plumber afterwards and he told us that the toilet flange could have been replaced without having to open the ceiling below. Lloyd charged us $700 for the parts and labor on this job. We communicated our concerns to Lloyd over email after finding out about the subpar work, but unfortunately we never got any response. We had to pay again to have the work re-done by a professional to ensure our peace of mind that the job was done correctly. I hope this review is useful to anyone who is looking to purchase his services.

His price was MUCH better than the quote I received from Lowes! I was glad to hear that he was able to schedule the installation of the new unit quickly.
