We made some updates on our home including installation of new light fixtures, updating outlets/switches, and new locks/doorknobs. Victor and his partner worked efficiently, and the price charged was very fair. In addition, Victor was always on time and even arrived early. Victor had to come back and forth to our home on several occasions to do repairs over several weeks due to supply chain shortages, painter schedules, and delayed orders. During that time, the communication and coordination with Victor have been very easy, clear and he has been very accommodating with our crazy schedule and prompt in his responses to us. His phone pickup was immediate and he directed me quickly as to how to provide details of what I needed (assemble and install two 30"x24" cabinets in our laundry room). Victor was very open to as much detail as I could provide in terms of any requirements, expectations. I emailed him my specs and he responded within 24 hours as to when he could do the job (which was quite timely) and his cost estimate and any change factors, parameters. I am new to the area and hired Victor to do a few things around the house. My first criteria was that I should feel safe around the person in my house and second, he should be competent. Let me just say Victor is AMAZING. I had a good gut feeling and I was not disappointed. He is very honest, courteous, respectful and came with everything he needed and finished the work in a fast and effective manner. Extremely skilled! I called Victor on a Monday morning for some jobs to be completed around my house. Victor came out the same day and started working immediately. He completed two of the smaller jobs which included fixing two down spouts that needed to be reattached as well as fixing a cabinet door that became detached. He also completed two bigger jobs two days later for me which included reattaching some bricks that came off the side of the house and removing and replacing a rotten section of crown molding that was over my garage. Victor cleaned up the work area when he was completed and charged me a reasonable fee for all four jobs. My husband and I are very happy with his work. Victor is wonderful. He is the only person I would call for jobs at my house. He is professional, courteous, prompt, and his prices are certainly fair. He has built a pantry including lighting, hung shelves, installed new hardware on doors, fixed a window that would not lock, and so many other jobs. We have known Victor since 2008 when he was working with our GC on a major house remodeling ($300K+). Always does great work and is very kind and reasonably priced.
