We had rented the VIP room, but they overbooked. They were decent enough to refund part of the cashback, we had four lanes and roughly 30 people. Not everyone bowled, many of us just ate, and had drinks. The service was spectacular. Even though they were super crowded thanks to the kiosks and the robot food delivery there was no issue.

He made an inquiry and received a subsequent letter that was in-humane in my opinion. There were no condolences, the letter was not even signed. It was cold and factual in underlying his remaining financial responsibilities. Wow, this is how you treat your members who have been in good standing? Wow, this is what we have come to? Money over people no matter what. I find this a sad statement towards an organization with a long history. I find myself at a lost for words. No, I would not endorse such an organization whose priority is cash over compassion.
