Fitness FX offers all of your essential needs and some. From treadmills, free weights, auxiliary equipment; to one of the friendliest staff members I've ever came across. Fitness FX also has small/large group training/exercise, spinning class, Zumba and personal training. The time schedules are very convenient for everyone so no matter what time of the day, I'm sure you could make any of the classes. Even on a lunch break if you wanted to get a quick 30 minute workout you can. This gym has lockers rooms equipped with showers. It's a win win situation all the way around. The Chill serves recovery shakes, meal replacement shakes, veggie shakes along with multiple add on's; hot beverages to accompany the cool ones such as; Espresso, cappuccino, etc,. The ONLY downfall I've noticed is the price of a membership here. It's around 55 dollars a month. Of course everyone would love to go to a gym for 5 bucks, but even then someone would still complain about that pricing. I'm sure with time and more exposure the gym gets, the pricing will go down some. Overall this gym is exactly what Sealy needed; I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say thank you Chris & Lisa!

Other reviews indicate that they make it easy to subscribe, but difficult to unsubscribe. Forget about the front desk being liars, this constraint alone would be another no-no for me. I have decided to setup a home gym instead.

The facility is nice but be warned before you sign a contract that :…read more1. the contract is for a year and you cannot get out of it, even for medical reasons; 2. in addition to the monthly charge (currently @$48), they charge additional fees for most other services and classes they offer; 3. if you do not turn your fob in to them by the last day of your contract, they will automatically charge you for an additional month, even if you personally communicated to them that you were ending your contract and did not use the facility after the end date. AND THEY CONVINCED YOU not to turn your fob in early when you went in to turn it in early, in case you could use in during the last month!!! At no time did they mention the automatic additional month's charge.

I have cried, thrown-up and wanted to quite on many occasions, but I am happy to report I have been working out consistently for over 2 months now. As much as I complain , I always feel like a rock star when I leave. If you are looking for a gym that gives you one on one attention and really cares this is the place for you.
