The manager on duty was sitting at her desk on her phone, playing games on her phone; it took several times to get her to answer the question. We walked by multiple times, and she was playing on her phone the entire time. We noticed the employees running around a lot, and the manager never got up to help. I have introduced several friends to the store who have consigned furniture. Recently, we have noticed that a young woman who accepts items falls short in the customer service area. She has an air of self importance, and as my friend said recently, acts as if she is too busy saving the world to stop and help us mere mortals.
