I walked in and they seated me at a table. I asked if I could sit at the window. They said no because the window tables were 4 tops. It was Only me and one other person in the place. They come to your table and give you a QR code to order. It didn't work for me. The waitress came over and took my order. Not much "service" after that. She stays behind a counter. The burger wasn't cheap but it was very tasty. I loved the way they served it with the "peep-hole" for the egg. You go up to counter when you are done to pay (if your qr ordering and pay process doesn't work). Bottom Line: much better option than nearby chain burgers and super convenient to hotel, plus good tasting burger. Price and service, or lack of earns lower star.
