I walked into Flowers by Orlean at 4:30 PM. I meet with a nice lady named Kathy, who I apologize to for waiting until last minute... And describe what we'd like to have... We know it's last minute.. I ask Kathy just to keep it simple. A Cross arrangement, lots of blue and keep in mind, Father in Law was in the US Air Force. We agree. I pay. And leave. Saturday morning at 10 am, we walk into the Funeral Home to see this Work of Art!!! This flower received many compliments Saturday. For being "last minute", we were definitely pleased with the finished product, the service and the price. I would definitely recommend Flowers by Orlean to anyone for funeral, wedding or even anniversaries. My family was very satisfied with the arrangement Kathy made for us. Thank you Ms. Kathy!! I'll definitely be back the next time I need flowers!!!

On the recommendation of the funeral home, I was referred to Oralene and spoke with Cathy Leigh. I explained that we'd be driving down from New York, and that we wanted a very special guitar or music themed arrangement for the services. Cathy told me that her designer had done a guitar once before, and it was "awesome". So, I went with their experience, although I wouldn't be able to see anything until we actually arrived for the services. They did a stunning job; tasteful, creative and also got our very unique message on the card correct, with all names and spellings correct. Everyone who attended the services loved it, and it's currently in the family's living room giving smiles and peace to all. We stopped by today to thank this wonderful, talented team in person. They could not have been more humble, nicer or talented. Please use this great small business whenever you have a need for flowers. A million thank you's to the entire staff here. Just wish we had them in the NYC area!

I thought this was ridiculous and then they overcharged me for those dead flowers. I knew I should have ordered from 1800flowers but because of the loss of my loved one I was not thinking clearly. I learned a valuable lesson though to never go to a florist with a storefront set up like a food carryout. This was the worst experience ever that I have had with a florist.
