I made a 100$ order and what I go was dead flowers the arrangement I got looked nothing like the photo at all. I'm highly disappointed and when I complained they emailed me saying that my order is subject to change by availability. If it wasn't available, then have that noted on the website. SCAM!! This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered flowers for my wife on Tuesday morning was informed flowers were being delivered by 4pm. Called Wednesday at noon still no flowers delivered and was told they were delivered. Thursday morning I drove to check all 5 offices near were my wife works none of them received flowers. Called Thursday afternoon to be told they were delivered and they were waiting on confirmation to show me a picture of where they were delivered. Wanted to support local when I ordered. Called to confirm they had what I was looking for BEFORE I placed my order. I was told they did have the items. The arrangement was made using "allowable substitutions" based on their policy. Emailed them to inquire about changes, was basically told- too bad we can substitute.
