I called for a plant with 3 flowers put in it . I could barely understand the phone person and she didn't me. I gave her address of gift ( free delivery) and she barely said the amount I didn't get it. I was charged a service fee for what? I figured I'd see the receipt never got it. She messed up my email too. I do not recommend this co. I called what I thought was a local florist in the town . I ended paying 2 large plant things , one had 3 flowers. I ordered my friend flowers for her birthday that was supposed to come with balloons. The flowers came the balloon on the other hand did not. I don't understand why you would make that an option. If you don't plan on delivering the balloons, the least you could do is let the person know. I did get a refund, but I could tell they couldn't care less. It's a shame because the flowers are beautiful, but I will not use this company again. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. They called to cancel my funeral arrangement 45 min. Before the service. First they said there was a refrigeration problem, then they said I was outside the delivery area, then they said they had supply chain issues. I asked over and over to speak with a manager and they said they don't have managers. You have to verify the zip and address before making an order, so obviously not outside the area, if there were refrigeration or supply chain issues, they would have known more than 45 min before the service. This is a horrible business. Avoid at all cost. read more

Flowers delivered were okay, but did not match the picture. And when I said something to them about it, they said it matched their substitution policy. Now keep in mind, I chose a "winter arrangement" in winter, so why would they have to use substitutions? They also substituted the vase. Go figure. read more

This is the worst excuse for a "local florist" ever. It is a total scam. Do not use this service. They are a national phone line service that may or may not fulfill your order on time and as ordered. They also are slow to issue refunds if/when they screw up your order. read more

They failed to deliver the flowers, seeming to be contracted with some other delivery service which called me in the early afternoon to tell me they would not deliver that day, would tomorrow be okay. It was my daughter's birthday, the next day was not the same. The delivery service clerk was detached and impersonal as I explained my daughter would have nothing for her birthday, she needed to deliver as agreed. She did not care & refused, no explanation as to why they could not deliver. They seem to be not a legitimate service. I did get a refund. The arrangement was beautiful. the teddy bear cute with nice box of chocolates. Ask for a "Get Well" balloon because my granddaughter had an accident. Instead a Thank You balloon was sent. When I searched for a local business, it looked as if this was a local family owned florist. If I could give them a minus zero I would. I called and placed an order on 10/12/2023 to have flowers delivered to Palms Funeral Home in Angleton, TX for my aunt's funeral. I was assured that I called in enough time to have these flowers delivered for her services which was on 10/14/2023 @11am. The rep that I spoke with said that the flowers would arrive before 5pm on 10/13/2023. Well guess what flowers never arrived. The day of the funeral I called 5 times. Once I had to leave a voicemail. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th time I acted like I was going to place an order just so I could talk to a live person. All 4 people that I spoke with said that they would give me a call back asap and no one called me back. I immediately sent an email to them to see what was going on with my order for Dana to respond back and say that they would look into the matter and call me back. I have yet to receive a call from them. On October 14th I receive another email from Dana saying that they apologize for the inconvenience and can issue me a refund of $143.24. I of course responded back with that is not going to work. I paid $286.49 for flowers, delivery and taxes and that is the full amount that needs to be refunded to my card. The money isn't even the issue. The issue is the emotional stress that this company caused me on the day of my aunts funeral. Why are you still in business? How do you function like this? This is not right! This is totally unethical! This is unacceptable! I will be postings reviews not only here on yelp but google and all social media platforms and will also reach out to the BBB. Do not recommend!! Found them on google to send flowers to a referral network of my office as a congrats on their open house. They were never received. The rude customer service representative kept telling me they were delivered. I explained this is a medical complex and they were probably delivered to the wrong business in area. The lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Lisa, was very attentive as soon as I walked nin in the door. I had a budget to keep to but also wanted something spectacular for my friend. IMPRESSIVE doesn't even describe what my friend received! I called the flower shop to thank the owner, Jennifer. Several days later I went into the flower shop to say Thank You in person and Jennifer actually remembered the order she had designed for my friend! Extremely disappointing experience here. I highly do NOT recommend them. I live in Seattle and found the site via Google. I needed to send a plant to my brother who had recently had a heart attack and lives in Texarkana. I went to their personal business website, looked through their selection of plants, and ordered one to be delivered the next day. Later the next day, I received an email (they said they had my phone number wrong) from a Lisa stating that they did not have the plant I ordered and that they would substitute as they were not receiving a shipment of new plants until the next day and they never know what they're going to have until they get them. I asked her why they would advertise certain plants if they did not have them. No great response. Then even though they substituted a totally different plant and delivered it to my brother without even telling me what the plant was or sending me a picture of it, they then deliver the wrong plant a day later than ordered. I asked for a small refund (not total) and Lisa told me no. Do yourself a favor - go somewhere else for your flowers and plants!!!! read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment with Ruth's two months ago to decide on flowers for my wedding. I called the day before to confirm my appointment. The lady told me that I was on the books, confirmed my name and the time. My matron of honor flew in from Florida, my father drove in from Dallas, my maid of honor took time out of her day, my fiancée took off of work and my soon-to-be mother-in-law drove over an hour to be at the appointment. We arrived at Ruth's five minutes before our appointment and no one was there. No one. We waited outside the store for thirty minutes thinking that they might be out on a delivery. After waiting that long and confirming that both of their delivery vans were parked behind the building-I was in tears. It's safe to say that we took our business elsewhere. I will never use this company and I will make sure to tell other people about this incident. read more

Even though I was well beyond the 3pm cutoff for same-day delivery, this shop helped me select the perfect arrangement for my aunt and then followed up with a quick text message confirming my arrangement had been delivered. My daughter made an appointment 2 months ago to come and talk to them about wedding flowers. Her matron of honor flew in from Florida, I drove from Dallas. We confirmed the appointment the day before. We showed up to meet NO ONE from the florist. No call no note no NOTHING!! Would not use these people for anything! I used Ruth's flowers to send my husband birthday flowers. I showed the employee a picture of the flower arrangement that I wanted them to send. They delivered YELLOW ROSES to my husband and it didn't look like my picture. I was very dissatified with the flowers and returned them the next morning. The employees informed me that the owner would call me. I spoke to the owner the next day and she was VERY rude to me. She would not let me explain the situation to her and called me a "little girl who didn't know what I wanted". She talked very badly about me to the staff while I was on the phone with her! I paid $45 and she only refunded me $28 because she said it was my fault and that yellow roses are masculine. I am very hurt because I have never been treated this way.
