I'm not the first dissatisfied customer. When the man came to deliver my flowers he wouldn't come to the building to deliver it to me. I had to walk outside (while misty rain fall) to meet him a few steps from his van. What a disappointment. Your best bet for flower delivery around this area is to use the flower service that delivers their flowers through UPS. It's less expensive by a lot... and the flowers are amazing.
