I was only gone about two hours before I received a call that my car was finished and ready for pickup. This was my first visit to Freysinger of Perry County and I will DEFINITELY be going there from now on. Both gentlemen that I dealt with, Wayne and Frank, were very friendly. My apple play stopped working and electronic control of my side view mirror. my door has been severely rattling. that was the last straw when they fed me bs that sometimes screws get loose in there for holding the windows, when they could have easily slid something inside through the slot in the window. I have been driving a variety of cars for around 7 years most older, no one ik has ever had this issue. Idky i ever went back. Unfortunately, it was located at their Hershey dealership, and we weren't sure how difficult it would be to get it transferred. I submitted an inquiry to the Duncannon location, and Jason Kramer contacted us almost immediately on Monday. From that first conversation, his customer service was outstanding. He offered to arrange for the truck to be brought from Hershey to Duncannon, have it cleaned and ready, and schedule a test drive for Alexandra after work on Tuesday. When we arrived Tuesday evening, Jason had everything prepared and even placed a hold tag on the truck so no one else could purchase it before Alexandra had a chance to see it. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail meant so much to us. Alexandra was especially excited about the Ford Maverick Hybrid because of its impressive fuel economy. Finding a truck that combines practicality, comfort, and great gas mileage isn't easy, and Jason helped make that dream a reality. His knowledge and dedication gave us confidence that she was making the right choice. In the end, the car ended up having really poorly applied PPF, which had been glued in many places to stick it back down, end of life tires, end of life brakes, damage to the tire carrier cover, etc When I agreed to buy the car and have those things taken care of, at their expense of course, they agreed in the moment, but never came through with their promises. I waited months and months, was given the run around, excuses, lies, never received any compensation for anything and am still waiting to this day. I would NEVER buy a car from this location ever, even if it was free. That's how awful this place is and I highly, hell desperately, suggest you go elsewhere for your vehicle purchase. I can't say enough good things about this car wash, but I'll give you the main ones…read more 1. The cost is very reasonable, compared to other car washes, I always spend more if I'm going somewhere else. 2. They have everything you could possibly need to get your car clean and even dry with an actual dryer that works and gets the job done. 3. The foam brush gets so soapy and no bristles fall off while you're using it either! 4. Their vacuums are actually worth the money you put into them, I've noticed a lot of places are charging two dollars to vacuum your car out and it's a crappy vacuum at that and you barely get any time to use it. 5. I have never used any of the equipment and had an issue with no soap coming out, I can't stand when I go to do high pressure soap and have no soap, or the tire cleaner at most places is a joke. 6. After my car is clean, even while I'm cleaning it, I can see the protective coding or the foam conditioner, actually doing its job and my car is easier to wash the next time I need to clean it after I use the phone conditioner and let it sit on my car for a little bit, and then rinse it off and do the clear protection before the spot free rinse. plus it's protecting my paint. I'm not sure why there are any reviews against the place unless it used to be a dump or something, I always see someone there working going around and picking up the trash or fixing things that need to be fixed. There are even garage doors that you can close when it's windy so you're not getting soaked flying in your face or water. I have bought the tokens before there, I paid $20 and I believe I got two dollars extra when I did that and since I moved, I still use this car wash when I go up this way. If you want your car clean and you want everything to work when you put your money in, because I know that is the first most irritating thing about a lot of car washes is they take your money and then they don't work, or you go through all the work of getting quarters putting them in and then there's no soap in the spray and all you have is usually a number that doesn't work when you need to get a hold of the manager or owner if they're even is one that is active. Do you want a clean car? THEN I SUGGEST GOING HERE I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! And if you are, I'm sure the guy that's working there will fix whatever issue you may have.
