I'm sorry but the only reason they wanted to go through this , is because they didn't make any money off just calling in a prescription for you . I was in the hospital for 10 days last year with Covid , never saw them once . When I finally went to the office , they told me , man I never thought I'd see you again . I am a retired U. Md. RN and my daughter has been an ER nurse for 5 years, so we recognize quality health care. Dr. Kass has been thorough and always responds to my concerns by ordering appropriate tests/treatments. My daughter says Erica Gifford communicates well. She trusts her enough to send her two teen/tween daughters to her. Dr. Haugh did a good job with my urgent care issue and is also the primary provider for my two grandsons, one of whom has a chronic autoimmune disease. It is helpful that labs can be drawn in the office most of the time. The staff has always been pleasant and professional. We highly recommend this practice.

They do not care about their patients at all the last time I was there which was my last time I will ever set foot in that place, I went to talk about my anxiety which had spiraled downward and I wanted some help. I was told by the nurse practitioner (the actual DOCTOR stopped meeting with her own patients years ago, and she's no better than any of the others here) that I would never be happy if I didn't go to college and that I'll never be able to support myself without a degree and I will always have anxiety if I don't get a degree and a "real job" with benefits so I don't have to live with my parents anymore. None of that had anything to do with my visit in the first place but at that point in my life, at 20/21 years old, I already had a full time job with benefits vacation time sick pay you name it and I was already living on my own paying 100% of my own bills l, not on my parents' insurance, and I had plenty of money in the bank. I left the office with an anxiety attack in full swing. Don't go here! No one deserves this kind of treatment when trying to get healthy be it emotionally, mentally, or physically! My wife took her to see Dr. Lieberman and explained the problem. Had several appointments but all the doctor did was scold my wife for not feeding our daughter enough. Finally had enough and took her to see a different doctor. Right away the new doctor scheduled allergy tests. Turned out our daughter was allergic to certain foods. None of her allergies were life threatening but enough to make her miserable. Once we figured that out, we were able to change her diet and the problems went away.

Both Dr. L's and Jodi Dinkin (PA) have always been patient with my many questions. The office staff & MAs are professional, friendly,and treat us w/ respect & dignity. Best of all, they have readily admitted when they were stumped, unlike too many other docs who are too proud to be honest. My kids are provided specialist referrals quickly & thoughtfully. Dr. L has seen us through multiple surgeries, broken bones, sports injuries & childhood mishaps & illness alike. Thanks to her practice my kids are growing into healthy, thriving teens & young adults. They are always ready with a lollipop & stickers after shots, throat swabs, and ticklish checkups. They always have lots of crayons, and just got new exam table paper w/ puzzles & coloring pictures printed right on it!! Dr. L even has the kids sign their pictures, & hangs up the kids "masterpieces" on the walls. She is the real deal.
