I was referred to these guys by a friend and initially they were great. The service department was great and the finance department was great. The sales guy on the other hand, he was our best buddy until the deal was done and then it's the usual crap from the used car salesman type. Last week we were in the middle of the forest and had some issues with the control panel and couldn't get the air conditioner, water pump or water heater to work as it was locked in travel mode and would not let me access any of the controls . Which also wouldn't let me connect to the internet and we had minimal phone reception. So I thought I would text the salesman and see if he could help, maybe they had someone who could tell me what to do. I shot him a text and asked if they had anyone I could talk to to troubleshoot the problem. I saw that he read the message and no response. Shot him another text, again he read it and no response. So I sent him another text telling him that if he wasn't going to respond that he should probably turn off the "read" notification so I wouldn't see that he read it. Again no response. This is the first review I think I have ever done because I usually just let it go, but this dude is a douche. Mike is his name. It's pretty sad that customer service is a thing of the past these days. They will basically kiss your behind to make a deal and then they blow you off. If we had the opportunity to return the camper and go elsewhere we definitely would all because Mike is a typical used car salesman. The dealership gets 4 stars but Mike gets zero

Currently stuck outside of RV Country. I was in the middle of a sale, was told to take a look a few more campers and now everyone left, doors are locked and gate is locked. Cops currently on there way to get me out.

The People at RV Country are amazing I was helped by Jennifer. She left nothing to question she was able to answer every question and even answer questions I haven't asked yet but would have probably had later on. She went the extra mile in purchasing a travel trailer she found me the right one for my kids and I! I i've been to many RV locations looking for an RV and I will never go to any other place just ask for Jennifer when you arrive!

QUALITY and QUANTITY at its finest!!! If you want to feel like family, this is the RV Dealership for you. We drove all the way from San Diego to get our New Montana RV. Rodney is the nicest guy around and works with you to get the best RV within your budget. Jennifer was so patient and answered all of our questions along the way being that we were from out of town; this helped ease our anxiety. Jeff did an AWESOME walk through with us and showed us EVERYTHING and explained in detail every part of the trailer. He also took one of the pictures below Ryan was extremely friendly and took us through all the financing options to a monthly price that we were comfortable with. Before leaving, Laura so graciously showed us everything that we need to buy for our trailer to hook it up. There was a lot of miscellaneous things that we didn't even realize our trailer didn't have like a hose and water regulator, etc... Thank you all so much for working with us so diligently to have an amazing experience for our first trailer. We will definitely be back if we ever trade it in for another one in the future.

The wet bed stand on which the electric blanket control had been sitting

The staff were amazingly responsive and worked very hard to sell me my RV. They indicated all the things they had done to make it a gem to own. Replaced the carpet and flooring, replaced the appolstery, replaced the smoke detectors and fire extinguisher. Sure, it still had visible blemishes, which i was ok with, it needed a new awning, which they replaced "at cost". What they didn't tell me was that the reason that the carpet and flooring needed replacing, was because the bedroom slides leak so badly that just one step on the carpet by the bed during the first rain left my socks soaked, and the control for my electric blanket was toast because the leaking rain created a puddle on the bed stand where i had set it, and the trim around the slide was like a sponge instead of wooden trim. When I asked the representative from the service department about how the rest of the appliances worked, they assured me "everything" worked great. However, when I asked specifically about individual components, they said, "I don't know". Fortunately ALMOST everything works, everything but the oven. And when ask if a total stem to stern safety check was done, I was assured that was required by law. However, the first time I tried to use the windshield wipers, they were shredded, and the windshield washer did not work. I've had nearly a week in my dear new home away from home that cost me $32,000, (NADA says it's worth about $24000) and already I'm saying bad words about how much more I'm going to have to spend to get it livable. Oh, and I've already had to spend $300 to have a mobile repairman come out and fix the electrical. Fortunately, that was an easy fix. I don't have enough towels to keep the rain mopped up in the bedroom.

Treated well by salesman, Service manager and Corp. Finance Director resulting in us purchasing our dream coach. The service after the sale, before delivery was thorough and very professional. Ryan Outon was our sales guy and he was very good and responsive to our many questions. Having lived in Fresno, CA for 35 years we have known PE RV for years and it was not always positive, but the crew in Mesa took great care of us and we could not be happier!

I will start this by saying if you are thinking of buying an RV from some place besides RV Country, why would you?? Ours was not the smoothest purchase. But when things don't go too smoothly it really shows the character of a company and RV Country has plenty of character. They dealt with the whole process with integrity and professionalism!! Let's start with Jennifer in sales, you talk about someone that knows her product, man was I impressed. She is so polite and strait forward that she does not need to pressure you. My brother in law lives with us, he is mentally handicapped. He is 70 y/o,but at a 5 y/o level. Jennifer was so kind and gracious to him, it really warmed my heart. Then there is Espy in service, wow, what a polite and professional women! The exact opposite of what you here from most other service departments. I tell you, if she says she will get it done, man you can take that to the bank!! Lastly Brian in finance, no nonsense or pressure, just a strait forward professional! So I just can't recommend this company enough, truly awesome and I am so grateful we found them!!!!

From start to finish this was the easiest large purchase we've made in a long time. Top notch service from sales to finance to service. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Flooded again, twice within 10 days. Finally got someone to come see if they could find where water was coming from; the hole around where the fridge part on top of roof of trailer was cut too big!!! Can you believe it? Instead of fixing, they "rigged" it. Can you imagine how much water must have gone down inside walls! I was told the reason my floor is not worse, is because I caught it before the water had time to absorb in floors, was all absorbed in the walls! I'm sure Mr Warren Murphy, in Forest River Corporate, will have another excuse to blame this on my choices and not admit this particular trailer is not worth the set of tires Forest River put on because of a blowout while in their possession. Do not trust Forest River products. I've been fighting almost 3 years on this lemon!! Just to be honest Forest River has said they will return my funds I've put in trailer but the funds I've lost because of this trailer are my own fault, per Warren Murphy. I believe my only bad choice was choosing #Forest River Rv products and #Rowley White Rv Llc. I'm now almost out of my funds and have nothing but a very expensive lemon! I'll be sending out my 5th Attorney General letter this week along with updating all other complaints I've listed. Forest River seems to do this a lot; I'm finding more interesting reading each time I search either company.

From the start, Carole, our sales rep, was incredible--friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. She helped us explore the options, answered all our questions, and guided us through the entire process with professionalism and care. We also interacted several times with Jamie, the sales manager, who was helpful, attentive, and supportive throughout. He made sure things stayed on track and contributed to the positive experience. We showed them the written offer from Camping World for our trade-in, and they immediately matched the $15,000 value--no hassle, no runaround, just straightforward and fair. In finance, Andrew and Kyle were excellent--clear, efficient, and easy to work with. Everything was explained up front, and the paperwork process was smooth and stress-free. And James B.--the real MVP--walked us through both of our new campers. He was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to explain every detail and feature. He made sure we were fully comfortable before we drove away, and we truly appreciated his care and expertise. We left that day with two new campers--one for us and one for our son--and felt confident and well taken care of from start to finish.
