We stayed at this RV park for almost 2 years, and I wanted to leave a review because the experience has changed so much for the better. I know a lot of the older negative reviews were due to the previous office manager, and I completely understand why people felt that way at the time. However, there is now a new office manager, Taylor, and she has completely changed the atmosphere here. Taylor is incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time we needed anything, she was quick to respond and always helpful. Being able to simply text the office and have issues handled quickly made everything so much easier. The park itself is very clean and well maintained. The restrooms and laundry facilities are consistently clean, the park feels safe, and we never had issues with mail or packages. They even offer quarters in the office for laundry, which is super convenient. Overall, this has been a great place to stay, and the customer service is night and day compared to what older reviews mention. Taylor has truly made everyone's experience so much better. read more

I really want a place that feels safe and at home, but the minute I walked into this place, the lights were dim, there was an infant pack and play behind the desk and the woman at the counter was down right rude. We honestly think they stole Timber Ridge RV Park pictures and used them for themselves!!! The park looks nothing like the pictures.

Pretty basic facilities. Nothing special. Everything is clean and there's a well kept dog park.

I went to check out this RV park and just walking in the lady at the front made a disgusted face towards my colored husband. I started to ask question about the monthly rate and the amenities they provided. She was rude with every response and my husband was looking around the office when she told me that I needed to get my husband away from her child whom she unprofessionally brought to work. read more

If I could put zero stars I would. The attendant in the office was very rude from the moment we walked in. After asking a few questions about the sites and receiving passive aggressive answers she made a racially motivated and ableist comment toward my son. My son, a 14 year old with autism, came into the office with us and was making a few loud sounds. She told us to keep my son away from her daughters play pin, which her daughter was not in at the time. I would strongly suggest people stay away from this park, very unprofessional. read more

On 2/12/22 I visited the rv haven park office with my girlfriend and her family. When we walked in, the attendant at the desk was very stand-offish and incredibly rude. Her attitude was ignorable until she made an ableist comment about my girlfriends 14 year old autistic brother, after he was making a few loud sounds. She said to "keep him away from her daughters play pin," of which she was not even in. However, she waited until he had sat down in an office chair on the other side of the room, waiting for the attendant to answer our questions. It was highly uncalled for and extremely insensitive. I would not recommend this rv park to ANYONE if this is how they treat perspective residents. read more
