Thankfully, my real estate agent recommended Ryan Watts with Watts Roofing. From the very first phone call, Ryan was awesome. I know "awesome" is an overused word, but in this case, it is absolutely warranted. When I first called Ryan, he was working on another job. We scheduled a time for him to come inspect my roof, and he was right on time. He even called me to let me know where he was and when he would be arriving. That kind of communication continued throughout the entire process. During the inspection, Ryan started at the front of the house with a visual inspection from the ground and explained to me what he was seeing. He kept me informed and involved every step of the way. He gave me a quote, and when the weather turned rainy for a couple of days, we waited until conditions cleared up before doing the repairs. When Ryan scheduled the repair for 7:00 AM, his crew was there and ready to go. By the time I made it to my new home, they were already taking that roof to task! His team was incredible. They were polite, professional, and got right down to business. They had the work completed by lunchtime, swept up all the debris, and removed everything from my property.
