My husband and I recently moved our travel trailer to this storage location and so far we have had a great experience. The facility has multiple cameras, gated access and locked buildings. The last facility that we had our travel trailer at was not secure and did not seem to care about our property. This facility packs stuff in tightly and you call ahead of time to have them remove your trailer and get it set up for you, which is a nice feature. Noah helped us get set up at the facility. He was really nice and answered all of our questions without any problem. Since the staff gets your travel trailer out and set up in the staging area you are not able to access it 24/7, but that is not an issue to us. And we think the price is reasonable for storage. We just found Adult Toy Storage two months ago and we love the place! We wanted the best for our new 'toy' RV and Adult Toy Storage delivers 100%! They provide safety, security and service. The facility is about 35 miles away from home for us, but worth the drive. We store our RV in the covered area, which is huge, literally hundreds and hundreds of spaces, and somehow, they manage to keep it all organized. It is more expensive for the covered spaces, but in the Florida elements, it's a must. The facility provides a dump-station included in the fee and there is also a detail service available on site for a nominal fee. When it's time to pick up a 'Toy' the staff will move your vehicle out for easy pick up. There is a key-pad/lock protected area to pick up your vehicle should your schedule fall outside of normal business hours. The staff is amazingly FRIENDLY and knowledgeable about all things RV related, which we appreciate being newbies to the RV world. Safe, secure and service driven. The facility and staff are great. I have zero complaints there. My issue is, since I started storing multiple vehicles there for the last two years I gave received 6 (six) emails increasing my rates. $10 increase here, $8 increase there. It's ridiculous. I understand prices change and things fluctuate but 6 increases within 2 years is out of hand. Currently looking for other places as they have out priced themselves. If you don't mind paying a lot of money and then randomly keeping charged more, this place is great. If you're looking for reasonably priced storage, stay away from this place. read more

Do not trust this place with your RV or boat. Within the first 2 months, my RV was damaged here and the staff gave me the run around for 6 weeks acting like they were going to figure out what happened and help solve the issue. They eventually said they were not going to help and could not do anything, not even a couple of dollars off from our monthly rent cost. I do not take reviews lightly because I rely on them to make decisions as much as the next guy. Here is my story - I've stored two boats with Adult Toy Storage. A little over a month after purchasing my brand new boat I get a call on a Monday morning saying that they need me to come over to the facility. Apparently one of their guys hit my boat pretty good with a tractor while it was being moved to covered storage. They agreed to fix the damages, estimated just over $7,000, which included a new trailer. It took 6 months to get everything fixed mainly because the trailer was on back order. Two weeks ago, and dated the day after I finally get the new trailer, I receive a letter informing me that my lease has been cancelled. No explanation other than "we are glad that we were able to repair your boat." I never once during the 6 months it took to get my boat fully repaired gave them a hard time or called irate. I tried to be understanding and patient. Even to the point that I only submitted 2 gas receipts from the numerous trips I made from Orlando to my dealer in Clearwater to take the boat to fix different things. To say that I am disappointed and dissatisfied is the least. The manager wouldn't even return my multiple attempts to dialogue including responding to email. While I am glad that I didn't have to go through an insurance claim and the nightmare surrounding that, to terminate my lease for something I bore no responsibility for confuses me to no end. I would hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage company based on my experience. read more

I have clients who store their "adult toys" here. This place is primarily for large boats, RV's etc. It provides storage in covered shelters at a very competitive cost compared to other storage facilities in Central Florida. When you are talking about a $160,000 Motorcoach you can't just leave it exposed to all of the ugly elements Florida has to offer. The staff I have met are friendly and if you call ahead they will prepare and retrieve your vehicle from storage so it's ready to hit the road when you arrive. Cool stuff! Although I can't afford anything like the Monaco's and Country Coach's that are stored here, If I have and RV in the future I'd definitely take it here for storing. read more

This place is awesome! I've been storing my boat there for nearly 10 years. It's the most economical covered boat storage facility in the area. And when I need my boat ready for pick up I can either call them, email them, or, as I usually do, submit a "pull my boat" form from their website. Best storage facility in Florida. I kept my boat here for years and never had a single problem. Boat was always high, dry,,,,,,,and CLEAN. Their indoor storage reduced my need to wax it to once every 3 years. Plus the upholstery stayed like new. They offer valet service, just call up in advance and they bring the boat out into a secured lot for you to pick up at your convenience. I have had friends keep their boats and RV in facilities that didnt bother to control insects, bird or rodents. They wound up with nests in their wiring, rats chewing thru electronic wiring or termites in their RV walls. When you invest tens of thousands of dollars on a boat or RV, why let it rot apart in some outdoor lot?? read more
