I made the call on Wednesday and they came on Thursday. They called ahead of time of the appointment and arrived on time. My door would not open or close all of the way on its own anymore. I figured I needed a whole new door opener. The technician knew exactly what was wrong and actually talked me out of buying the new opener. He suggested we try changing the control board first and see if fixed it. That sun of a gun was right! It was the control board. It was probably overpriced but I don't care.
