It was a great time to stop in, not many people and I was able to take my time and explore. I haven't been there in a while and they've made some changes so the employees were a great help in showing me the layout. They had some great sales, and I certainly got more than what I came for. I made my way to the food section of the store the kitchen was closed but they always have a good selection of snacks and frozen goods to try at an affordable price. Next time I go, I plan to try the vegetable dogs they sound interesting. I feel like I'm on an adventure every time I go to IKEA and I like that!

However, the product matress firm is selling is a different story... long story short we went through 2 beds in a matter of a week due to faulty brackets surrounding the motor which gave way twice in 48 hours of having each bed. We were fortunate because the company did correct the issue right after it happened each time. I just feel $4000 for products from the company should not be breaking the way they were. The company did replace our adjustable frame with a sturdier one, but I have to honestly say I am truly afraid of sleeping comfortably in my own bed due to fear of it breaking. Not a way to live or spend your hard earned money. Also the king adjustable bed is more like a regular queen size bed.

It is 12:23pm and now "store manager" Megan, who first said " I don't know what ia going on with this order", said it is on backorder and she doesn't know when they will have it available. If you like being lied, not being kept in the loop and talked to as if your cancellation means nothing, then this is the perfect place for you. I had seen many ads for this service, so I was excited to try it out. It comes off as misleading, especially since he said they aren't even based here. When scheduling over the phone, I was told pricing depends on volume of items, but no "starting at" price or anything. I was surprised at the prices (starting at $169), and especially surprised at the ADDITIONAL $150 labor fee that I also wasn't told about. I was later told that if I had my items in a central location that I wouldn't have to pay the $150 fee, but if I could move them myself then I wouldn't have to hire a service. What I thought was going to be an easy and reasonable service turned into feeling misled and scammed.
