Don't ever try to disagree with her, or you will be threatened with lawsuits, protective service reports, and may even threaten to throw your family member out on the streets. Be careful what you say, as you may be recorded/taped during your visit without your knowledge or consent. River's Edge may be licensed, however; we could find no record for a license at the "Scotland Manor" location. We would strongly recommend seeking an alternative placement for your family as Scotland Manor or River's Edge is not a suitable place for end of life care.

If you are not completely satisfied with the care we provide and if for any reason you want to change a caregiver, we will do so at no charge until you are completely satisfied!" NOT TRUE. I wish I could post pictures of the workers smoking in the patient's home. Workers are more like bad babysitters with NO experience with Alzheimer patients. There is no interaction with the elderly. You call Cathy and she doesn't answer nor does she return calls. So how can you tell her you are not satisfied if you can't even speak with her?! This is also (in part) of what the main office/corporate has on their FB page: "Simply put, you should avoid companies with bevvies of bad reviews or high-profile lawsuits-neither of which you'll find attached to the Executive Care brand name." Part of this is true. YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY.
