There is an entrance area where you can pull up and go in and get a wheelchair for someone who needs it which is very useful when you consider that sometimes down in the city that's not really a possibility I'm not really the biggest fan of the kind of herding section waiting area but I roll with that I have always seen great customer service here and there is a great effort to diagnose the problem and try to create a course of treatment that will actually solve the problem I think this is a great place and I think if you have any kind of orthopedic issues you do not need to go out of town go here!!!
