The location is convenient, and the school is very accommodating on scheduling. They are flexible and went out of their way to meet my needs and fit my schedule. Really enjoying it so far, learning a lot! They also have promotions, we recently signed up. School itself is fully stocked with a variety of instruments, the facility is clean and very modern. The staff and the space provide for a great learning environment, also convenient is that they have scheduled (but check in advance!) PA day camps.

However, we are very disappointed with the service we received from the receptionists. After the third class, the receptionists asked us to change the class time to accommodate another student who wants to extend her class time from 30 to 45 minutes. When we declined the request, they continued to pressure us saying the other parent brings in more business with two kids and longer class times. After we reminded them about what we agreed to, they finally let us keep our time slot. However, we don't feel they valued our business and will consider going elsewhere.

My son is almost 7 yo and this is our second year participating in Yamaha Group Program and we both love it! I love their sick policy and that they offer a hybrid attendance model whereby you may attend classes in person or online. I highly recommend school to every parent who consider teaching their child music!
