Job was tougher than expected, but Tim had quoted accurately up front in the event it did not go smoothly. Truly appreciated this. Highly recommend! Excellent service and communication. Note: electricians may have to cut drywall and this they do not repair. This was our only disappointment. Drywall dust was all around floor and holes were pretty drastic. Again for us this was due to difficult spot accessing wall above a gas fireplace. But the team was able to get the outlet installed. They obviously worked hard to figure out what to do. He left and came back with plastic to tarp off my things. They started on the job. Carrying dozens of five gallon buckets of concrete out of my basement. Getting debris all over my steps and hallway to the front door. They didn't put anything on the floor. I had to clean the steps, hallway floor and basement floor multiple times to get it all up. Less than two hours after they finished the concrete had sunk and wasn't anywhere near level. The entire length of the basement was unlevel. They sent back a different crew to redo it. They did put down a sheet on the floor and stairs which I appreciated. They did get it much more level than the first people but it still isn't great. They sent a final guy for a walk through the next week. I asked why they didn't use a saw to cut a straight line and he said that they only do that if the customer requests it, otherwise they use a jackhammer down the entire floor to cut it out. Now to make it look normal we will have to go through and put self-leveling down. Had I known that my floor wouldn't look just like it did before minus the unpainted new concrete I would've never chosen this company and paid 9,000 for this repair. Spending that much I would just expect for the concrete to look just as good as my floor previously did. Just know that if you chose this company make sure you request them to cut a straight line or you will have an uneven floor all the way across. Julie

Their price was very competitive, so I decided to go with them. They scheduled an install date. It takes 2 days to install. The first day is prep and the second day the comeback and lay the floor. The technicians that came over to do the prep and the install was very courteous and professional. They kept me informed every step of the way. I was not able to walk on the floor for 24 hours and drive on it for 48 hours. Payment was easy. The sent an invoice via email after the install and I was able to pay for it on line. I had a well pump that mechanically/electrically froze up and needed removed. I attempted to…read moreremove the pump myself, but discovered that the well pump was stuck in place and would not budge up or down, or turn left or right. The first few places I called wanted money just to look at the problem. Another company that offered free quotes really only wanted to sell me a whole home monthly maintenance agreement. I needed a water well repair company that could remove the pump, and NOT intentionally break the pump off, forcing me into the huge expense of drilling a new well, or connecting to city water. By luck, I found Joe at Indiana Water Well. He came out right away, and CORRECTLY diagnosed the problem: A stuck well pump that had been installed with fragile SDR 21 sprinkler system PVC pipe. Attempting to pull the well pump up using a winching system, as a prior competitor has suggested, would have broken apart somewhere along that SDR 21 tubing and likely have rendered the well useless. Joe carefully and diligently performed his amazing magical skills and abilities and successfully removed the well pump. I am pretty sure no other well water company would have taken the time or special care that my stuck well pump required. Joe saved me a lot of money. He installed a high-quality pump, tubing, and electrical cable. In addition, he also increased the capacity of my well, from a mere 25 gallons output with a 15-minute pause for the well to refill, to a high capacity well that can now pump continuously at high volume. I HIGHLY recommend calling Joe at Indiana Water Well for any of your water well needs. Avoid the run around you'll get with the other local companies.

Based on a referral, I called Broad Ripple Sewer and Water. They came out the same day, found the blockage and cleaned out the line. They charged a fraction of the estimate amount from the other company, and I don't have the mess that installing a new sewer line would have caused.
