However, this time the appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., and no courtesy call or message was made to let us know there would be a delay, especially since I had prepaid for the service. A quick call or text would have been greatly appreciated. I had to reach out myself about 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. The appointment was then moved from 10:00 to 11:00, but there was another delay after that. What made the situation more frustrating was seeing an Instagram story updated around 15 minutes earlier while I was still waiting for a response regarding the appointment. I've never had this type of experience before, which is why I felt confident recommending your services to my boyfriend. Communication goes a long way, and I hope this can be improved moving forward.

I decided to call just in case it would work out and Albertini accommodated me on short notice. I was able to keep working from home while he worked without complaint in the heat. I wish I had taken a picture of the before and after, because it's awesome. My 5-year old says it's brand new. The owner is helpful, friendly, and honest, and the service is fantastic and well priced.

He communicated very well and took care of my car while it was in his possession. His turn around time is super fast. I got my car back in about like 6 days I can't remember for sure exactly but it was either 5 or 6 days. He gave me the site where you pick out your colors, and then you order it, once it comes in you drop off your car and that's it.
