You're wondering why she would do that, right? I mean, why just not tell me that wasn't what they did and wish me good luck? That's what every other company did. But, nope, I had come upon a real professional and, beyond that, a kind human being. Hannah gave me the name and number of a top-notch property management company and even sent me a follow up email regarding the referral. She also personally called the property management company and sent them an email as well. Talk about customer service! "Please let me know how it goes, Robin. I'm here for you." Read that sentence again and realize this woman wasn't getting a sale or commission of any kind. Let that sink in. As things would have it, the initial referral didn't go as planned. Once again, I phoned Hannah. Once again Hannah patiently took the call despite Ian being on her doorstep at that point.
