He was clear and efficient and I knew exactly what to expect next, which made it easy for me. Later on I was introduced to Shaun and it was such a pleasure working together with her as well, to make the home buying process easy and successful. Renee was such a sweetheart as well, and both ladies returned my emails so quickly that I was in shock - because that normally doesn't happen in other companies. I received replies within seconds or minutes. If someone wasn't available, the other team mate was there to assist me. And what I loved, was that whoever I spoke to quickly picked up where the other left off on my files and was able to explain to me what was needed from me or what the status was at the time I asked. I just couldn't believe how efficient they all were. No one ever once said "uh I don't know" they just simply reviewed past notes or whatever they saw and was able to answer my questions in a friendly, yet very professional manner.
