I went into this store 3 different times to ship a package back to Amazon because Blake gave me inaccurate information. He said I couldn't put a shipping label on a brand name box for an Amazon return because Amazon wouldn't accept it. I went home and spoke to Amazon in a chat, they told me it was fine. I also looked up UPS policies and they say it's fine, too. So I put the UPS label that Amazon gave to me on the item box, brought it back in, and explained to Blake that Amazon said it was fine. He said Amazon doesn't know the "regulations." I said, "Amazon doesn't know their own rules?" He told me to leave. I asked for his last name, he said it was "none of my business." So I snapped a picture. He tried to give a thumb's up; he clearly does not care. A prior review here also names him as having a documented track record of lying to customers about packaging prices. Looking back, I think he thought he was clever and that he could essentially trick me into buying packaging there. Not surprisingly, this franchise is not registered with the Better Business Bureau. Go out of your way to avoid doing business here. They will lie, and make up "regulations" to waste your time and try to take your money. As someone who has extensive experience in managerial positions, I wouldn't keep an employee like that on staff. I'll be letting Amazon know about my experience there, also.

I walked over where packaging supplies are seeing cheaper alternatives when he spoke up and said the cheapest plastic bag was $3 or $4. On the top shelf was one for $1.90 After I pays I mentioned he might want to consider improving his customer service skills by helping customers find all alternatives not just the most expensive ones. He replied by saying " I think I have it, I'll just keep doing it the same way I always have" Which actually substantiates my point, he is clueless about customer service. I would highly recommend Mobile Notary to anyone with little time and the need to get these legal documents completed quickly. Total time spent from start to finish, was around 15-minutes with Richard and his wife Teri as one of our witnesses. Phenomenal service for a great price! $30 for them to come to you, $10/stamp (ie. 1x will needed 1x stamp), and then $10/witness provided by them (so, for us, we needed 1x more witness provided by them), for a total of $60. Awful customer service, typically when I do this type of shipping, a persons name is provided as they are the person that does the quotes and the shipments.
