Turns out I didn't crop them well and the printing was a little off. The FedEx staff member took the time to go back and edit my file, reprint on higher quality paper, and trim the pages. The finished product was everything I had hoped for. And without ever making me feel like I had been an inconvenience...even though I kept them working 15 minutes after closing. Add to the excellent service the fact that it's the holiday season so I know the staff have an overwhelming amount of orders to take care of. That extra ounce of attentiveness in light of that just makes it even more impressive to me.

Jessie in the printing center re-created my brochures and had them printed and ready to pick up by 4:45pm same day, only about an hour after I placed the order. She was amazing to work with, made it easy, and the brochures looked wonderful. I was so happy and relived, she saved the day. I decided to get a quote first, before committing to using them, just to be safe. You can also just make an order directly without requesting a quote on this site. Late one night, from the comfort of my home, I simply sent my file and the details to them, specifying quote due date, order due date, paper weight, color, etc... (this was LATE Tues 11:15pm) I got communication back right away early Wed morning with a few quote options and email communication was prompt. I could tell the owner was detail and customer service oriented. Picked everything up- 50 (4x6) color postcards and they totalled $30.
