She showed me my county tax appraisal record, which had several mistakes on it. She printed out that record for me; I took it into the County and got my property taxes reduced. In the end, the quote was for a bit more than I was paying elsewhere, so I did not go with it. Very cool-headed and knowledgeable.

Got a quote for another company they carry. I should have gone elsewhere all together. Long story short, my new policy saved me no.money once all the mistakes the agent made quoting my rate were corrected. I ended up with four different policies ALL wrong. My mortgage company has paid the premium on two of them since they did not cancel them properly and we are now waiting for a refund on one. The worst part is we found out from the mortgage company we were actually without insurance for two weeks due to their screw up and the mortgage company was going to buy gap coverage and charge us. I called and texted this agency multiple times about their error and received not one response. I cannot say one good thing about them. Steer clear. Do not use them unless you want two months of headaches straightening out their errors.

They told me there was a $5/month fee for having a lien on my car. I just paid off my car and called to get that $5 fee removed. The agent gave me a new rate, $30/ year less. I asked about the fee. She insisted there was no fee for this. Well, they charged me for the last three years with this fee!! 30 minutes later I called back and dropped them for auto.
