I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes between the time of arrival and being seen by a doctor. Even if they are out of network for your health insurance, the cost for services is relatively reasonable. I tend to be skittish about the seeing the doctor, but the environment here is straightforward and calm. Although I've only visited for acute issues, I think that you can also schedule pre-arranged appointments for more routine procedures like physicals and immunizations.

But Jordan genuinely cares about his patients. It's a slight drive to go out there but it's worth it in my opinion.
