If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do not deal with…read morethem. Especially if you are an interstate buyer. Car not described as it really presented. Brought a $25000 car and had dents all over it, broken and damaged moulds, touch ups from what seemed like a 3 year old with a paint brush and had not been detailed. I asked for $350 so I could get it detailed and couple dents removed and was denied. They tried to say was my friends doing that picked up the car and sent me 2 photos of the car taken from 5 meters away to prove their case. I told them to take as many photos as possible of the car before it left Sydney and that was not done either. It was their perfect way out of getting rid of a shit heap car that no one would buy if they seen Stay well clear.

They always give the best deal and I never feel pressured or uncomfortable. Most of my dealings were with Philip Lee and his Staff. What a bunch of great guys! Honest, respectful, courteous, gentleman. They are all very knowledgeable of all the vehicles they sell. All my family and friends always thank me for referring them to Edward Lee's Japanese Auto Centre. The friendly professional staff always leaves a great impression on everyone. And they always gets the deal done. I have never walked out of there without the best deal on a car. What's better than dealing with honest people with that much integrity by letting them take care of your car buying process. I could of never purchased this car or any other Nissan for the deal Edward Lee's gave me. To sum this up if you are in the market for a Nissan a Toyota or any Japanese Import, you would be making a big mistake not to stop in at Edward Lee's Japanese Car Centre and give them a chance to show you the difference that sets them apart from the rest. And from my personal experience I highly recommend them. Give them a shot you will not regret it!!!!!!

I took my car in for a yearly service & rego check. I gave instructions for the car to be looked…read moreover. My A/C for the car was working perfectly & had the A/C cleaned out a few years before nothing else identified wrong. Went to pick the car up today & all of a sudden no A/C at all just hot air. I was told the AC is broken & told it will be a further $800 to fix. The last few times l took the car for a service l felt that the level of servicing had deteriorated & mentioned my car was left idling incorrectly. I am left to think this was done deliberately to get more money out of customers what a rought. I will be definitely going to Department of Fair Trading. The A/C was 100% working the few times l drove it this week. It has gone to working perfectly to not working at all. Not to mention the back rear wiper having to be replaced when the car was working fine & used only 400km in the year. I am left to feel things are deliberately broken to force us to get them repaired. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER
Please do yourself a favour and do not go to this company…read more They're not polite and are very dismissive when you ask for an ETA. I have been taking my car to these guys for years. I also live 15km away with traffic so at times it can be about a 40+ min drive. Doesn't seem like much but add to that having to work full time and look after a child + family, time isn't a luxury but I have stayed with them because I feel comfortable with them. But after being treated pretty poorly the last few times, I've decided today is my last day. I arrive just before 08:30am and begin to wait upstairs. Ask around 10:00am how my car is doing and whether or not I should leave if it is going to be long, they say "no, don't go. (insert area I am from here) is a fair distance away and we're working on it now". I ask for an ETA, I get the standard response of "we're working on it now". So, I don't get an answer. Gets to be 12:30pm. I've now been there for 4 hours and haven't eaten anything so I walk to a cafe that is 6mins walk away. As soon as I arrive at the cafe, they call me "It's ready." Me thinking "of course it is." Timing is just perfect. My problem is, they will never give an ETA. Had they done so, I would've made plans to go home and then go back. I lost 4 hours of time wasting and they were unapologetic and more importantly, they know where I live and made no reservations to prioritise my booking. My car has been booked for 3 weeks to get this job done. Trustworthy mechanics are hard to come by and these guys are certainly not it so please do yourself a favour and don't waste your time. There are hundreds of mechanics across Sydney that are far kinder to you and your time. *I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE*
