Once I got to the location. After I've given my identification and credit card. I'm then told they don't have a pick up for me to rent! REALLY? The associate helping me had the attitude of it is what it is...take it or leave it.. After complaining that I booked a pick up. There was no apology. I was only told that I could upgrade to a minivan. Oh yeah, I was assured that a minivan is an upgrade from a pick up. That made me feel so much better.(NOT!) The associate saw the frustration on my face! YET she tried nothing to make me feel better about the experience! I asked about my AAA discount. I was told that I had to book it online or book it through AAA! WOW!!! I can't forget the "wumdinger" of them all. I asked the associate when is there a pickup scheduled to come back in? She told me there was one scheduled to show back up at 5pm! BUT... there would be NO ONE available to clean it! WOW!!! So why in did you tell me about it then? The minivan had damage to the fender. I had to point this out to the associate. She wouldn't walk out to the vehicle. I had to drive it to her. It was just a bad experience people. After I returned the vehicle they still didn't give me my AAA discount. I know they can do it manually. Because they've done it for other renters I know! I should've been compensated just for the foolishness I had to endure. Needless to say.. I WILL NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN! Unless.. I absolutely have no choice but to rent from this location! I don't have to beg any business to take my money especially this one! The customer experience with this one particular associate was bad!!! I don't usually call names... So I'll leave her initials. A week after returning home I get a letter from budget saying they charged my card $28.39 because I was missing 3 gallons of gas when I returned it. First off, I returned it with the exact same amount of gas that was in it when I picked it up, I documented the gas gauge. It is almost 2 miles to the airport from the nearest gas station, so I used 2 miles worth and they had to drive it at least 2 miles back to get to a gas station since there is no gas pump in the parking garage. It is bullshit, how do I know there was not 3 gallons missing when I picked it up, or that their employee did make a trip around a block or two before stopping at a gas station to check it. I can't believe this company is so petty and so willing to screw customers after renting an expensive van for a week! I have rented from many many places over the years both for pleasure and business and I have never had this type of experience from any company, EVER! And when I called about it the lady that answered was nothing short of plain rude. I will never use this company ever again. I would give ZERO if I could! If you are new or and return customer they are truly there to help you at all costs. They saved me money on gauging the size of my truck. I thought I needed a huge truck but they gauged the move perfectly. I rented a smaller truck and they saved me money. They also have Metro Storage. The guy there too was soooo helpful. They made my move a great one because it started with the truck.

I've both dropped off and picked up at this location for different moves, and the guys working here are friendly. The trucks are pretty new (the fellow said they are no older than three years) and clean. I didn't drive a truck myself but was told that they handle well, for being bulky moving trucks of course. I have rented 3 cars, 2 trucks, and 1 moving truck from this location. Their customer service is always great. Whenever I have a question they answer or find the answers out for me. They are always smiling and pleasant to be at work. Their vehicles have always been clean, and nice. I have rented from Avis, Hertz, Enterprise, and Thrifty. I have used airport locations and none airport locations. This Budget location always has the newest vehicles for you to rent. If you're looking to buy a specific car, and want more than a 30 minutes test drive. Give them a call and see if they have it available. They don't finance in house, but if you can get your own financing they can even sell you a vehicle when it's time. Meaning once a vehicle hits a certain number of miles, they sell it, auction it or etc. If you're looking for great service and great cars. This is the Budget to go to.
