The couple who run the location are kind, helpful, thorough and committed to making sure you are safe and fully trained on the equipment you are renting. They hooked everything up for us and then made sure any and all of our questions were answered. They took time explaining all the straps and chains, and told us how often to verify the surety of the vehicles stability. They focused on our safety and the safety of our tow. We arrived at our destination safe and sound, the vehicle in tow was always secure. Additionally, they made us rent a truck multiple days to make individual trips back and forth to retrieve our household goods. One trip was wasted, as they loaded the unboxes so we couldn't even get into them once we arrived home. Another day we had to rent another kind of truck because, "their equipment wasn't working." The ONLY thing they offered was to deduct the gas on the trip that was wasted and that wasn't even done correctly; as my husband had to call a manager and quibble about that. Every step of the process was frustrating and convoluted.

We were on a schedule and needed to beat the impending rain storms . Julia showed up at 10;15 ( it was her day off) and processed me- only checked the outside of the truck. They had about 10 trucks there but only one was operable. The catalytic converters had all been stolen. The truck I was given was trashed. The back had trash in it, the engine light came on while driving and the truck chugged, engine skipping all the way. It barely made it, not to mention it started raining and come to find out the wipers were stripped raw. I could barely see! Worst service, worst place, do not go there! I hope they recorded the calls so they could hear how I was treated on the phone by Jessica. I cant believe how bad the customer service is! Granted, our move is a big one (California to Montana) and the quote came back high but was not too far off from two other moving companies (national moving companies). After we closed on our house in Montana, we realized that we would not be able to take everything we had planned so we went back to them and asked to remove a considerable amount of stuff and requote and it came back as $4100 more than the original quote that I signed. The explanation was that they had used the wrong contract when they originally quoted us. This makes me question the reliability of the estimation process. Sadly, I used another local agency for our out of state move and hope that they look at their processes going forward.

They told us they were calling a tow truck for us. NO ONE came. My sister called a tow truck after BEING STRANDED FOR FIVE HOURS and they finally came and picked us up. They said they were going to pay for the tow that WE had to call on our own and never did. They never paid my sister back for a car she never picked up. NEVER AGAIN!!
